​The association represents freelancers whose main source of income are from food delivery or package delivery, regardless of the mode of transport.


Covid-19 (C19) Temporary Relief Scheme

NDCA members who had tested COVID-19 positive or ART positive during the period from 11 Oct - 31 Dec 2021, both dates inclusive, and who fulfil the eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for this one-off relief quantum. Note that this is a once-off disbursement per Eligible Member.

Please indicate [C-19 Temporary Relief Scheme] in your email title for easy reference. Our officers will contact you within 3 to 5 working days of a submitted application.

​If you are curren​​t an NTUC member and a freelance / self-employed food delivery or package delivery driver/rider​ you can email to ndca@ntuc.org.sg to convert your membership. Your membership tenure, link points, and rebates would not be affected.​​

Safe Riding Programme (SRP) in Collaboration with Land Transport Authority​​

National Delivery Champions Association (NDCA) & Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be having a free pilot session for 'Confidence-on-Wheel', a revamped Safe Riding Programme (SRP) by LTA to gather feedback on how the programme can be improved.​

This is a 45-min programme comprises a short video on key active mobility rules, practical circuit training and scenario-based discussion. Devices and helmets will be provided.

  • To be a collective and representative voice for members to the relevant authorities and agencies on issues that impact income and work terms. 
  • To raise the state of work safety and adequate vocational insurance coverage.
