Covid-19 (C-19) Temporary Relief Scheme

​Supporting U FSE and affiliate​ associations' members who test ART-positive or COVID-19 positive​​

​Members of U FSE/ NICA/ NDCA/ NPHVA/ NTA/ VICPA who had tested Covid-19 positive or ART positive during the period from 11 Oct - 31 Mar 2022, both dates inclusive, and who fulfil the eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for this one-off relief quantum.

Note, this is a once-off disbursement per Eligible Member.

Application Process: Eligible Members can refer to their respective associations' websites/webpages for specific instructions.

If you are currently an NTUC member and a freelancer / self-employed person, you can email to the NTUC U FSE and the respective associations to convert your membership to the relevant association. Your membership tenure, linkpoints, and rebates would not be affected.

  • For coaches and instructors in the field of sports and outdoor learning, fitness and wellness, visual and performing arts, and, enrichment: National Instructors and Coaches Association (NICA) - nica@ntuc.org.sg
  • For freelancers whose main source of income are from food delivery or package delivery: National Delivery Champions Association (NDCA) - ndca@ntuc.org.sg
  • For private hire drivers providing point-to-point services including traditional private limousines, ride-sharing applications and other chauffeured service: National Private Hire Vehicles Association (NPHVA) - nphva@ntuc.org.sg
  • For taxi drivers: National Taxi Association – nta@ntuc.org.sg
  • For freelance creative professionals: Visual, Audio, Creative Content Professionals Association (Singapore) (VICPA) - vicpa@ntuc.org.sg
