Bringing cheer to families through fun and learning

National Instructors and Coaches Association (NICA) teamed up with its members, NTUC Club and NTUC Care and Share to bring cheer to vulnerable families hard-hit by Covid-19 measures via a unique arts-exercise-sport programme.

Titled FLEX or Fun Learning Experience, the programme presented private-hire vehicle driver-members of National Private Hire Vehicles Association (NPHVA) and their family members the opportunity to try their hand at conducting a three-piece band, lane bowling, and Pilates - over a two-hour specially curated age and fitness-inclusive programme.
