Terms and Conditions:
In submitting your profile to the Freelancer’s Directory (the “Directory”), you agree to and accept the Terms of Service of the Directory. The Terms of Service are subject to change at NTUC’s discretion and that the continued use, or non-withdrawal of your Profile from the Directory shall constitute an agreement and acceptance to any such amendment.
- You warrant and represent that you are currently a member of NTUC and have no arrears or outstanding membership dues.
- You warrant and represent that you have adopted and are carrying out your business or trade in line with the professional code of ethics and that you shall adhere to the principles of Tripartite Standards on Contracting with SEPs (https://www.tal.sg/tafep/getting-started/progressive/tripartite-standards#sep)
- You warrant and represent that the information filled out in the profile submission is accurate and true, and that information does not belong to any other party or person.
- All profile submissions are subject to review by NTUC, and any inappropriate incomplete, or irrelevant submissions shall be rejected. NTUC’s decision to accept or reject profile submissions shall be final and is not subject to any form of review or appeal.
- NTUC reserves the right to remove profiles if the individual is no longer a member, or for any other reason, subject to NTUC’s sole discretion.
- You hereby agree and accept that NTUC shall have the right to use the data, including such personal data for any future correspondence.
- You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTUC, or any of its directors, leaders, union members and staff, from and against any and all losses, harm, damages, claims or other and/or penalties arising out of any complaints, actions, proceedings or liability of whatsoever nature directly incurred by NTUC as a result of any act, neglect, breach or non-compliance by you or your business of any of its obligations under these Terms of Service.
- You shall not make a copy or reproduce any of the information listed in the Directory, and you shall ensure that use of the Directory shall only be for the benefit of yourself, or your business, You shall not share or distribute any of the information in the Directory to any other person or individual.
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, NTUC shall mean the National Trade Union’s Congress, a Confederation of Trade Unions and its affiliated associations for freelancers and self-employed persons.
